Illustration Friday: "Confined"
Sarah told me about this Illustration Friday blog and I figured it'd be a great way to challenge myself and use all sorts of mediums, so here's my first entry! I don't have a good scanner so I have to take pictures of my illustrations with my camera. (Anyone have any recommendations?) 
I call it "Gabby Holds Her Tongue"; the girl in the picture, Gabby, is an elementary school girl who is notorious for talking, yet has gotten into trouble with her teacher and is forbidden to talk. Not the most creative thing in the world, but it was fun to make and I liked the idea of using her teeth as jail cell bars for her tongue. :D
